I've got your back, @spezold1. I'll help you run a report with the information you want to show in QuickBooks Online (QBO).
We can run two reports with this. The first is to run the Transaction List by Customer Report to show the customers' addresses and services provided. Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Type Transaction List by Customer in the search field.
- Select the Report period and select the specific time frame.
- Click the Customize button and click the Change columns link.
- Place a checkmark in the Transaction Type box. You can also put a checkmark on Billing Address, Shipping Address, and Delivery Address for customers' addresses.
- Click Run report.
Second, we can run the Customer Contact List Report to show your customers' phone numbers and addresses.
- Click Reports on the left menu.
- In the search bar, type Customer Contact List.
- Click the Customize button and click the Change columns link.
- Put a checkmark on the Phone Number box and for other necessary info.
- Click Run report.
