Currently, the option to change the language is only available for QBO international versions. If verified that you're using one, below are the steps you can perform:
- Navigate to the Gear icon and select Accounts and Settings.
- Next, go to the Advanced tab and select Language.
- From there, click the pencil icon and select the language you want.
- Then, click Save, and then Done to confirm the changes.
On the other hand, you can change the language of your browser since QBO will only depend on it. Let me guide you on how:
For Google Chrome
- Click the vertical ellipsis ⋮ icon located at the upper-right corner of the opened browser,
- Next, select Settings.
- Then, choose Languages.
- From there, select Add Languages in the Language drop-down.
- Select the language you want to use and click Add.
- After that, select the vertical ellipsis ⋮ beside the language and then Display Google Chrome in this language checkbox.
To change the language for other browsers, just visit the Microsoft Forms website.
