You can use the same existing ID and add a new company.

But each company is a separate PAID subscription and creates a new company ID.

Hi maasquino279,

 

Allow me to walk you through on how to add another company to your existing account. 

 

Here's how:

  1. Go to the QuickBooks pricing page and select the subscription you want. 
  2. Choose a new QuickBooks Online (QBO) version, then click Buy now.
  3. Enter your email address on the login page.
  4. You'll see an option to sign in if you have already an account in QBO.
  5. Click Sign in.
  6. Re-enter your login information, then click Sign in.
  7. Enter a new name fo your new QBO account.
  8. Click Next twice.
  9. Follow the prompts until you're done.

Once done, you can switch between companies anytime by clicking the Gear icon and selecting the Switch company option.3

If you have to open a new QBO account, make sure to click the Buy button to get the discounted price for up to 6 months. If you purchase from the trial account, you have to pay the regular price.
