How Do I change my last name in my quickbooks online account?

Let’s sort out your concern about changing your last name in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

We can access your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account and navigate to the Intuit Account Management page to change your data. With this, you can update your account and alter your last name.

Here’s how:

1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account using a web browser.
2. Go to your Profile beside the gear icon.
3. Click the Manage your Intuit Account.
4. From the left panel, select Personal info.
5. From there, update your last name and click Save.

Hi, Noelbelle. Let me help you out when it comes to changing your name.

In QuickBooks, it is important to ensure that you enter the correct name and email address. 

For you to change it, here's how: 

1. Click the Gear icon ⚙ at the top right corner of your screen.
2. Under Profile, choose Subscriptions and Billing. 
3. Beside your payment method, click Edit. 
4. You can now see the Wallet list. Here, you can edit your account holder's name. 
5. After editing, click Save.
