I hope you're having a great week so far. If the current primary contact is no longer associated with the company and you wish to change it to a new one, you'll need to contact our Customer Support Team. They have more advanced tools to help you change the primary contact on the account. Here's how to get in touch with them:
- Go to the Help menu.
- Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
- Press Contact Us.
- Type in Change Primary Contact and click Continue.
- Scroll down and select Get a Callback.
