How do I change the email recipient of notifications that "You scheduled a payment"? This is different than "company email" on "Account and Settings."

You can simply log in to your Merchant Service account to update your email information. Here’s how you do it:

 

  1. Sign in to the Merchant Service Center.
  2. Click the Account menu, and then choose Account Profile.

  3. Go to the Contact Information section, and then click Edit.
  4. Change the email recipient and its reason.
  5. Press Submit after.

No this answer was not correct. None of the two email fields available are the address I want to change. This message " you have a pending payment" is coming from another place in qb. Can someone tell me where?
