Use MT Online or one of the converter tools (e.g csv2qbo @ $60 one time license) as a workaround.

I'm here to ensure you can connect your Huntington Commercial account in QuickBooks Online (QBO), bass.

In QBO, we can connect our bank or credit card account, so we don’t have to enter your transactions manually. We can also link multiple businesses and personal bank accounts to keep our business information up-to-date in QuickBooks.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Transactions menu, then select Bank transactions
  2. Select Link Account.
  3. Enter the URL or name of your bank in the Search field, then choose the bank.
  4.  Fill in your Sign info in the Login and Password fields, then hit Continue
  5. Pick the account you want to connect and date to pull transactions from the dropdown menu. Then, press Next.
  6. Select your account type on the Account type dropdown list, then click Next

    For new bank accounts:

    • In the Account Type dropdown list, hit Bank
    • In Detail Type, select Savings or Checking
    • Give the account a name, then select Save and Close.

    For new credit card accounts:

    • In the Account Type dropdown menu, select Credit Card.
    • Enter a name for it, then hit Save and Close.

  7. Map the bank account in the Existing accounts dropdown list, then choose Next
  8. Click Connect, then select Done.

For additional info, refer to this article: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

Moreover, you can browse this article to learn about reviewing downloaded bank and credit card transactions: Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online.

Let me know if you have any clarifications about linking your accounts to QBO. I'll be here to lend a hand. Stay safe!

We are having the same problem with the Huntington Commercial banking.  We added a credit card to our Huntington bank accounts and now it won't connect to our checking and savings or find the new card.  We have the same log in with the three requirements "company ID/UserID/password".  The bank says check with QB and QB says check with the bank.  The bank says everything is good on their end.

I understand the inconvenience of going back and forth, @kcreekmoreStudioZ. I'll ensure that your concerns are addressed on time.

Since everything is fine on your bank's end, I suggest contacting our banking team to verify the issue. They can take a look further into this matter and provide additional troubleshooting steps to get it fixed.

You can follow the steps below to reach out to them:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.

2. Click on the Help button.

3. Select the Search tab.

4. Choose the Contact Us option.

5. Select Using QuickBooks as a topic, and then choose a way to connect with our banking team:

  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback from the next available expert.

You can check out the availability of the representative in this article to ensure you'll be assisted on time: QuickBooks Online Support.

In the meantime, you can manually upload transactions to QuickBooks Online by importing a file from your bank, following the CSV format for a seamless process.

Additionally, I've added some resources that can help you ensure an accurate record in QBO:

Categorize online bank transactions in QuickBooks Online

Manually upload transactions into QuickBooks Online

@kcreekmoreStudioZ  - were you able to solve this with QB support or on your own?

We're trying to connect the same account type and are facing the same issue still.
