We're unable to run a report that shows all products and services codes with the Inventory account associated with Category, Class, Sales, and Expense account in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you'll have to run two reports to get the information. Then, export them to Excel.
Since you can already get a report that shows all products and services with Category, Class, Sales, and Expense account, I suggest running that report and then export it.
As for the report that shows the Inventory account on your products and services, I recommend pulling up and customizing the Sales by Product/Service Detail report.
Here's how:
- Go to the Reports menu.
- Type in Sales by Product/Service Detail, then click to open.
- Click Customize.
- Select the correct date under the Report period.
- On the Rows/Columns, click Change columns.
- Place a checkmark in the box beside Account.
- Click on Run report.
- Once done, click the Export icon.
