How do I create a report showing all product and service codes with the Inventory Account associated with each, along with Category, Class, Sales and Expense account?

We're unable to run a report that shows all products and services codes with the Inventory account associated with Category, Class, Sales, and Expense account in QuickBooks Online. As a workaround, you'll have to run two reports to get the information. Then, export them to Excel.

Since you can already get a report that shows all products and services with Category, Class, Sales, and Expense account, I suggest running that report and then export it.

As for the report that shows the Inventory account on your products and services, I recommend pulling up and customizing the Sales by Product/Service Detail report.

Here's how:

1. Go to the Reports menu.
2. Type in Sales by Product/Service Detail, then click to open.
3. Click Customize.
4. Select the correct date under the Report period.
5. On the Rows/Columns, click Change columns.
6. Place a checkmark in the box beside Account.
7. Click on Run report.
8. Once done, click the Export icon.

This does NOT address my question--at all.  It doesn't even sound like you read my question!  I'm not looking for a sales report.  The report you indicated would not include every product and service number, nor would it include the inventory account, category, class, income and expense account that are set up for each product and service code.
