Hi hollyparks. It's a pretty painless process to reactivate an account in QuickBooks Online. Follow these instructions to reactivate the account:
- Go to Accounting menu.
- Choose Chart of Accounts.
- Select the account you want to reactivate and click the Make active link.

There's a chance you may not see the account in the list, in this case, your Chart of account is set not to display inactive accounts. Here's how to change that:
- Select the small gear icon
- Select Include Inactive
