I'm here to share some insights about how Self-Employed + TurboTax Bundle works, marjorierubin.
If you signed up for the bundle, but won't be using TurboTax anymore, we can change your bundle to QuickBooks Self-Employed only. Please know that when we downgrade your bundle, we'll be also losing all the TurboTax Self-Employed features. I've listed them below:
Once you're done updating billing and subscription details, you can follow these steps in renewing your subscription for QuickBooks Self-Employed only:
If your subscription is about to expire or you've already subscribe to the bundle, you can refer to these steps in downgrading your subscription:

With the steps provided by KlentB, you should be able to subscribe to a different subscription. Since that's not the case, I'd recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. They can review your account and provide you option on how you can update or change your subscription. You can reach them by following the steps in this link: Contact QuickBooks Self-Employed Support.
