How do I renew my subscription?

Hello there. Let's work together in renewing your subscription here in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

For renewals, as soon as you sign in to your QuickBooks Online account, you'll be prompted to resubscribe. Otherwise, we can follow these steps to route you to the subscription page:

  1. Select Settings, then Subscriptions and billing.
  2. For your QuickBooks plan, select Resubscribe and enter the updated billing info.
  3. Enter the Payment information and Billing address.
  4. Select Resubscribe.

Also, I've added this article for the steps with the screenshots for your visual reference: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

In addition, I've added this article for you to check and learn how to connect your bank and credit card accounts to QBO: Connect bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.

I'm always here to assist if you need further assistance managing your billing and subscription in QBO. Have a nice day!

How do I renew my subscription?

You need to log in to QuickBooks Online (QBO) as an administrator (primary or company) so you'll be given the option to resubscribe, Ccshawaii22. I'll assist you with the steps to complete this process.

Only account admins (primary and company) and standard users who have all access to your company file can perform the resubscription procedure. If you're not logged in as one, do so and perform the following (only if you're not prompted):

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account as an administrator.
  2. Go to Settings or the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and billing.
  3. Select Resubscribe for your QuickBooks plan.
  4. Enter the updated billing info.
  5. Click Subscribe.

Afterward, check your next charge date. For the step-by-step guide, please see Step 2 in this article: Resubscribe to or reactivate QuickBooks Online.

If you're already signed in as the account admin and still unable to see the option to resubscribe, I'd recommend clearing your browser's cache. This will refresh the system and remove outdated and older data that causes viewing and performance issues. You can also use other supported browsers to do this.

In case the issue continues, I'd recommend getting in touch with our Customer Care team. They have all the resources to look at your account, initiate further investigation, and facilitate your subscription.

Once everything is all set, you may want to manage your QBO subscription, whether updating the payment method, modifying your plan, or checking your billing records. For a complete guide on executing these actions, check out this article: Manage billing, payment, and subscription info in QuickBooks Online.

Tag me in the comment section if you have follow-up questions about your QuickBooks subscription. I'll be around to help you.
