How do I run accrued revenue report for 2021?

Good day, david295. Let me help you run reports that contains all the information you need.

You can pull up and run the Balance Sheet or Open invoices report to show all the information you need.

Balance Sheet:

  1. Click Reports in the left panel.
  2. Search for Balance Sheet.
  3. Filter the period to This Year-to-date.
  4. Hit Run report.

For Open or Unpaid Invoices:

  1. Click Reports in the left panel.
  2. Search for Open Invoices in the search field.
  3. Filter the date to show all the unpaid invoices for that period.
  4. Hit Run report.

If you need to combine the two report, you can Export them into Excel and merge them from there.

I recommend customizing the report to get the specific details you need. You can also memorize it to save its current customization settings. It serves as your record and helps you quickly access it for future use.

How do I run accrued revenue report for 2021?

Thanks for getting back to this thread, @david295. Let me chime in and provide some information in downloading the Sales report in an Excel file.

When you run any sales reports in QuickBooks Online, you can export this into an Excel file. For visual reference, please see the screenshot below:

If this option is unavailable on your end. We can perform some troubleshooting steps to fix this. There are times that the browser is full of frequently accessed page resources, which causes some errors or unusual responses. Let's start accessing your account using a different or a private browser. You can use either of these shortcut keys:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Shift N

If you see the selection, you'd want to clear your regular browser's cache to prevent any unexpected behavior. Also, you can use other compatible browsers in QBO.

Additionally, let me attach this link to help you manage your reports in QuickBooks Online. It also includes other steps on how to print and email statements.

Feel free to get back to this thread if you have any questions about generating and downloading reports in QuickBooks. I'll be more than happy to help you again. Keep safe always!
