If you're using QuickBooks Online, invite Your Accountant. Your accountant will have access to QuickBooks so it’s easy for you to work together.
(Left Dashboard > My Accountant > Invite (send Accountant's email).

Only on QuickBooks desktop, you send the company file/accountant's copy. In QB Online, there is no such thing.
