How do I set my dashboard to look like the desktop view? It previously was like this in Quickbooks online and now it is gone.

You’ll have to navigate to the Gear icon and Switch it from there, Kaitlin.

 

Here’s a screenshot for visual reference:


Afterward, the Desktop View toggle button will appear on the upper-left corner and you can then enable it.

I am referring to the workflow screen that was on the desktop version of Quickbooks. With the arrows through the different processes.

To better assist you, could you please clarify if you are referring to the previous QuickBooks experience or a different issue? A screenshot would also be very helpful in allowing us  to provide an accurate solution.

 

If you are referring to the previous layout, please know that QuickBooks Online now has a new experience with a tile interface designed to provide quicker access to essential business tasks. Depending on your subscription, you may still have the option to switch back to the classic view. If the option is available for you, you can follow the instructions provided by my colleague above.
