How do I verify my 3rd party connection is still valid and if not, how to reconnect it.

You can verify a bank account's still connected with QuickBooks from your Banking screen.

 

Here's how:

  1. In the left navigation bar, go to Banking.
  2. Access your Banking tab if necessary.
  3. Find the account and click its Pencil (✏️) icon.
  4. Select Edit account info, then review your Connected to section. If the connection's still valid, it will confirm which financial institution it's connected to.

 

If your account isn't connected, you can try reconnecting it anytime. This can be accomplished using the Link account button on your Banking screen.

 

In the event you're referring to an application from our QuickBooks App Store, you can verify if one's connected with your books by accessing the Apps screen, then My Apps. All installed applications will be listed in this area.

 

You can also reinstall apps if necessary:

  1. In your left navigation bar, go to Apps, then Find apps.
  2. Enter the app's name in your search field or select the Browse category ▼ drop-down list to browse for available apps.
