How do you add a new accountant

You can add your accountant on the Manage Users page, @lynnsill7. 

 

Here's how:

 

     1. Sign in as the Primary admin.

     2. Go to Gear icon, then select Manage users.

     3. Click on the Accounting Firms tab.

     4. Enter your accountant’s complete name and email address, then choose Invite.

 

Your accountant will receive an email invitation, and their status will update from "Invited" to "Active" once they accept the invitation.

 

If they already have a QuickBooks Online Accountant account, they'll gain instant access.

 

If they do not have an account yet, they can sign up for free. If your accountant doesn’t receive the email, please verify that the email address you entered is correct.
