How do you/ can you turn off the annoying pop up ads? I log in to work not to play whack a pop-up. Nor do I pay for the service to have ads clouding up my work screen.

Ads provide insights into the new features that you can take advantage of in QuickBooks Online,centurionstrong.

At the moment, there's no option to turn it off permanently. Although, you can click the X or No, thanks button to remove it while working.

I'd also suggest sending feedback about the ads in QBO. All feedback submitted through the program and in the Community are reviewed by our engineers for future updates. Here's how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon and select Feedback.
2. Type in your feedback and suggestions about the advertisements in QBO. 
3. Click Next to submit them.
