To clarify, are you referring to your QBO account subscription? If so, I can walk you through the procedure on how to cancel the account. Please be reminded that your data will be available in read-only-access after the date of cancellation. The system automatically deletes it after 1 year. Here are the steps:
- Go to the Gear icon and select Account and Settings.
- Click on the Billing and subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Choose to Continue to cancel, then select the Continue to cancel button (if it shows on your screen).
- Follow the next steps.
- Tap Submit and cancel subscription.
- Click Got it.
