Buy now & saveI am a Quickbooks customer and I need to add someone to the account such that they can photo snap receipts into the account, as well. I did click on the gear icon in my page and found the link to add a user on the upper left of the page but on the right side of the page I only saw the option to "Upgrade". I was told, just now, by a person from Sales that with my account I should not have to "upgrade" in order to add a second user. I did attempt to get to 'tech support" but due to the virus outbreak, tech support appears to be off line.

Hey thanks for the info miner_tom. If you're only seeing an Upgrade option this means you're on QuickBooks Online Simple Start. Simple Start does not have the option for more than one user. You will need to select the Upgrade button and upgrade to at least essentials to have multiple-users. Here's a chart with the difference between the plans if you need help choosing one. Hi miner_tom. It's pretty quick and painless to add a new user to a QuickBooks Online account. Follow the steps below or read our article on managing users in QuickBooks Online if you prefer.
Now, just have the user log into their email and accept the invitation. You're all set after that. If there's anything else I could do for you, just let me know.

I can click the gear icon and then select manage users. But I don't see an option to add user. I only see an option to "upgrade". I would like to attach a screenshot or an image but I do not see that option in this forum.
Also, how do I login as admin for the online version? I don't see an option .

My office lady is having a hard time signing in, how do I resend her an invite, I had to change her email.?

I'd assume you're referring to your office lady signing in as a User on the account? If that's the case, fear not, I have the solution! You'll have to follow a few steps to get on the right track but they aren't difficult.
This will send her an email, have her follow the steps in that email that prompt her to get set up and that's it.

I was invited by my boss to use QuickBooks. I got the link, made an account, and confirmed my account, but when I go to log in, it says that my email is not associated with any account. I'm not sure what we are not doing correctly.

I can see that you've already made and confirmed your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. With this, let's do some troubleshooting steps to isolate your login issue and start managing the growth of your company.
You'll first have to visit the Intuit Account Management page. This is to make sure your account is already saved and recognized by the system. Here's how:

Once you're able to log in, let's go back to the QBO sign-in page and reset your password to refresh the system. Let me guide you how.

I have tried this so many times but just get stuck once I put an email in and assign them a role. It will not let me send an invitation.
