How to generate Multiple Invoices and Bills in QB by copying data from MS Excel Spreadsheet?

You can use the same tool to import bills with a different template. But I would recommend using a free app to manage bills and integrating it with QBO. You can ask your vendors/contractors to send their invoices to a specific email address and the app will convert those bills into QBO. You don't need to import them manually.

Currently, there isn't a way to copy and paste bills and invoices from a spreadsheet to QuickBooks Online. For now, here's what you can do:

If you're using QBO Advanced, you can use the Batch Transactions feature to enter multiple bills and invoices at once. Here's how:

1. Click the +New button and then choose Batch Transactions.
2. Under the Select transaction type dropdown, select Bills or Invoices. Note: You can only enter one type of transaction at a time, either bills or expenses, but not both.
3. Enter as many bills and invoices as you need as separate lines.
4. Once you're done, hit Save.

Also, you can import a CSV when generating the transactions.

However, if you're using a different plan, you can use third-party apps that help enter batch transactions into QBO. Follow these steps:

1. Head to the Apps menu.
2. Click Find apps.
3. Enter "Batch Transactions" in the search bar.

Alternatively, you can consider upgrading your subscription. Let me guide you on how: 

1. Go to the Gear icon, then select Subscriptions and billing.
2. Ensure that your payment info is updated.
3. In the QuickBooks Online section, click Upgrade your plan.
