You'll want to ask your primary admin to log in to the account first to see if they can switch into the new version, msjerah-va.
They are the primary user who can access every part of the QuickBooks Online (QBO). They can manage tasks such as switching to the new version of QBO.
If they're still unable to see the option, you can send this feedback to our Product Developers since this new experience is already available for all SKUs, and you might not have received the rollout yet. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon and choose Feedback under Profile.
- Enter your product suggestions in the field box.
- Click Next to submit.
