I am asked for my Total Sales for period Sept 13 2019 to Sept 13 2020 for Audit purpose. Where can I find it on my QBO?

My QBO does not give me a way to find out like it used to have in the past.

I'm glad to help get your total sales for the selected period, 2017ops1.

You can run the Sales by Customer Summary and customize it to get the data you need. Let me show you how:

  1. On the left panel, click the Reports menu.
  2. Search Sales by Customer Summary.
  3. Click the Report period drop-down, then choose Custom.
  4. Enter the desired date.

  5. Click Run report.
  6. You'll see the total amount under the Total column.

If you want to save a copy of this report, click the Export icon, then select Export to Excel or Export to PDF.
