In QuickBooks Online (QBO), you can't create an Accountant's copy like in QuickBooks Desktop. However, you can add your accountant as a user to access your account and perform necessary tasks.
To add or invite your accountant, here's what you'll need to do:
- Sign in to QBO as a primary admin.
- Go to the Gear icon at the top.
- Choose Manage users.
- Go to the Accountants or Accounting firms tab.
- Enter your accountant’s email address.
- Click Invite.
After that, your accountant should check their email inbox to accept the invite.
