Hello there, maurycofire.
Let's ensure that the printer driver and browser are updated and the Epson SmartScan is connected properly. Then, you can try exporting the data again. If you get the same thing, you can perform a few browser troubleshooting steps.
There are times that the browser you're using to export your invoices stored cache files. These files can cause unexpected behavior within QuickBooks if they're not removed or cleared regularly. Try logging into QuickBooks using a private browser. You can use these keyboard shortcuts to open one:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Then, do the export process. If you're able to do so without any Smart Script error, you can go back to the main browser and clear the cache. You might also want to use other browsers to help you isolate these kinds of browser-related issues.
I'll be attaching a few references about exporting and import data that you might need in the future:
Let me know if you have other questions in mind. I'll be here to help you through it. You take care!
