I have done every step. Everyone is useless. Saying they can’t do anything and try again in six months. Such bs. I’ve had over 10k or invoices just the first two weeks using this platform. There is zero phone support that can help or reach fraud department. I legitimately did nothing wrong. I faxed in the banking docs they requested even had my banker fill it out and after that my account is high risk and closed for ever. Unless you have a way of fixing this then Idk what to do.
I have done every step. Contacted support. Everyone is USELESS. The phone number quick books gave is a robot. No way of reaching a human. If you reach a human they can’t do because they don’t have access to the fraud department. This messed up. I legit filled out the banking doc they asked. Met with a banker. Had him fill the shut out. Faxed it in and two days later they said my account is locked for ever and is high risk. No explanation etc. wth is up with that? And my account does not give me any options to talk to phone support. First day it was there but seems like a call button was there but it was removed
