You might have used a different email address or user ID when you subscribed.
I recommend contacting QuickBooks Online Support so they can pull up your account and check the reason why you're getting the message. They can also help you login to the subscribed account.
Here's how:
- Select Help (?) at the top right.
- Select Contact Us to connect with a live support agent.
- Enter the questions briefly.
- Click Let's talk.
- Choose a way to connect with us. Start a chat or Get a call back.
Keep in mind, It may take few minutes to connect with our agents, as we are receiving a high volume of calls and messages.
