Sometimes, overloaded data on your browser can cause issues such as users unable to accept invites. You can resend an invite to your user and let them accept it through a private browser. Here are a few keyboard shortcuts you can use to open one:
- Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- Safari: Command + Option + P
Once they're able to successfully accept the invitation, they'll want to switch back to the main browser and clear the cache so the system can start fresh.If you get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different browser.
