Buy nowI have tried using both the browser app and the downloaded QuickBooks Online app on my Mac, but after I add Amazon for Business App, it asks me to sign on, which I compete, but then it tries to connect to my bank account. I already did this in the past and that works. I can't seem to get past this.
Let me help you get past this problem and ensure you can seamlessly integrate your Amazon Business account into QuickBooks Online (QBO), Cvoisey.
To start with, I recommend contacting your bank to check if there are any issues that may be causing the connection failure with QBO.
Also, could you please let me know if you encountered any specific error message during the process? Knowing this information will help me provide a more tailored solution.
In the meantime, you can clear your browser's cache to remove excessive data build-up that impacts the platform's performance. After doing so, attempt to re-link Amazon for Business to QBO.
If the issue persists, consider using other supported browsers.

After several tries, I got this to work. While I started with the Quickbooks Online desktop app, moved to Safari browser, but eventually after 3 times it worked in the Chrome browser. It kept giving an odd error about a bank account but eventually it worked. Clearly, this appears to be an issue on the backend. Look at the ratings and comments on the app.
I suggest the Intuit team look into this further. But for me, it is resolved through an annoying amount of perseverance and patience
