I can help you find those missing transactions in QuickBooks Self‑Employed.
First, please check your bank's website to confirm you are accessing the correct account and that no maintenance advisories are affecting your access.
If you still can't view the transactions, we can refresh the bank connection so QBSE can pull the latest feed from your bank. To do this:
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select the Manage accounts.
- Click the Refresh all.
