I can no longer use my Mac with Quickbooks

I am on Parallels, Windows 11 on my M2, Ventura 13.4 with Quickbooks Pro Plus 2023.  Intuit Data Protect does not work.  I spent an hour with a nice lady in the Phillipines (Karen) who patiently tried to solve it.  Finally ran into a roadblock one too many times and asked a technical expert who said Intuit Data Protect DOES NOT work on Parallels or any VMs.  So much for it being fixed in 2023.
