Let’s use an incognito browser and export the report. This will help determine whether this issue is browser-related.
Here are the shortcut keys:
- Press Ctrl + Shift + P for Internet Explorer or Firefox.
- Press Ctrl + Shift + N for Chrome.
- Hold down Command + Shift + N for Safari.
If you're able to open the report, then go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
Otherwise, update and repair Microsoft Office if you're referring to opening reports from Excel.
