Hello, I've been trying to export a report to excel and get an error 'excel could not open the data file'. Also, I can only email reports as PDF's not Excel format reports. Any recommendations?

Let’s use an incognito browser and export the report. This will help determine whether this issue is browser-related.
Here are the shortcut keys:
If you're able to open the report, then go back to your regular browser and clear the cache.
Otherwise, update and repair Microsoft Office if you're referring to opening reports from Excel.

Also, you can set a schedule and email information for a memorized report in QuickBooks.
