I've been having the same issue for the past 3 hours. Online chat said the they were having tech issues but at this point I'm giving up for the day.

Earlier, we have received reports when logging in to QuickBooks. Now, our engineers have confirmed that it has already been resolved.

 

If you encounter the same problem, you can do browser troubleshooting steps to get rid of any cache-related issues.

  1. Log in to your account on a private browser.
  2. Clear the cache storage of your regular browser.
  3. Use other supported browsers.

You can also contact our QuickBooks Technical Support Team if you need more troubleshooting steps.

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right corner and select Contact us.
  2. Enter your concern and click Continue.
  3. Choose how you want to reach them and enter the needed information.

This issue has long been fixed by our engineers. If you're still encountering the same problem when accessing QBO, we'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Customer Care Team. They'll be able to provide further assistance with this.

  1. Click the Help menu in the upper-right corner.
  2. Select Contact us and fill in the needed information.
