Yes, you can schedule a custom report, bdogan.

You'll see the toggle icon under Set Email Schedule when you go to the Custom Reports page.

Here are the steps:

  1. On the left panel, click Reports.
  2. From the Reports page. click the Custom Reports page.
  3. Find the report you want to schedule, and click the Edit link.
  4. Under Set email schedule, click the toggle icon to turn it on.
  5. Choose Weekly from the Repeats drop-down list.
  6. Enter the number of weeks and the On and End date.
  7. Click Save or Save and Close.

I've added some sample screenshots below.

You can also check this article for more information: Memorized Reports.

Feel free to get back to me if you have other questions. I'll be happy to help.

This doesn't work. There is no edit button on the customized report (filter vendor transaction list that is saved to custom reports). The only action that shows up for this report is "Delete". The other, standard reports have an edit button.

I know a report that shows the information you need, @Jeff20

I’m happy to see you here in this thread. Allow me to provide instructions so you can generate a report that shows the Edit button in the custom report in QuickBooks Online.

You can run the Transaction List by Vendor report in QuickBooks Online. You can manually click the Switch to classic view button when pulling up a report in QBO to show the Edit button.

Here's how:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. From the left menu, choose Reports.
  3. In the Find report by name field, search and choose Transaction List by Vendor.
  4. Click the Switch to classic view.
  5. Select the date under the Report Period.
  6. In the Display columns by section, choose Months.
  7. Tick the Save customization and Save. The Customer report was saved successfully.
  8. Once done, go back to Custom reports, and you can see the Edit button.

I've added a screenshot for a visual guide:

Additionally, you can check out this article to learn more about how to focus on the details that matter most to you when you pull up reports in QBO: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online
