I canceled my QuickBooks subscription last month, but was still billed $235. Support confirmed future cancellation but won't refund. Any advice on how to get a refund?

I canceled my QuickBooks subscription last month, but was still billed $235. Support confirmed future cancellation but won't refund. Any advice on how to get a refund?

In most instances, if you've subscribed annually to QuickBooks Online within the last 60 days, you're eligible for a refund under our satisfaction guarantee. Please review our return policy for any exceptions.

 

The 60-day money-back guarantee does not apply to QuickBooks Online monthly subscriptions. If you purchase through an app store, such as Google Play or Apple's App Store, you must seek a refund directly through that platform.

 

You can follow these steps to connect to a live support agent:

 

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. Navigate to the (?) Help section. Which will bring up the QuickBooks Assistant window.
  3. In the Type or Ask Something field, enter your inquiry.
  4. Press Enter on your keyboard to send it.
  5. Choose Talk to a human.
