60-Day Money Back Guarantee
Intuit offers a 60-Day Money Back Guarantee for QuickBooks Desktop software and annual subscriptions to QuickBooks Online. If you have purchased one of these QuickBooks products and are not completely satisfied, you may request a full refund within 60 days of purchase (excluding shipping and handling). For QuickBooks Desktop software, the product must be returned to receive a refund. For annual subscriptions to QuickBooks Online, you must cancel your subscription within 60 days of purchase to be eligible for a refund. Active subscriptions are not eligible for a refund.
The 60-Day Money Back Guarantee does not apply to:
- Subscriptions to QuickBooks Online products other than annual subscriptions
- Intuit resource guides or education / lab packs
- Bulk software orders
- Purchases made outside of the United States
- Subscription renewals
To request a refund for your QuickBooks product, please cancel your subscription (if applicable) and complete our online refund request form. You can use this option even if you didn’t purchase the product directly from Intuit (e.g. through Amazon or BestBuy). However, if you made a purchase through an app store (Google Play or Apple's App Store), you will need to request a refund through the applicable app store instead.
