Intuit offers a 60-day money back guarantee for TurboTax, Quicken, and QuickBooks desktop software, if for any reason you need to refund the software. This policy does not apply to any ProSeries products, Intuit resource guides, education/lab packs, and bulk software orders.* If you are not completely satisfied with your Intuit products, please return them for a full refund (excludes shipping and handling).

ProSeries Products ProSeries offers a 30-day money back guarantee to new customers and existing customers who purchase Software products different from those purchased previously. Such Software products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price or may be exchanged for other ProSeries product(s) of equal value until such Software products are available online. If you need to return any ProSeries product(s), please call ProSeries Customer Service (800-374-7317) for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and product return instructions.
Education/Lab Packs: There is no 60-day money back guarantee for Lab Pack purchases. You may return education/lab packs only if they have not been opened. They must be mailed to the Returns Department for refund or exchange. Lab packs may be exchanged if the wrong platform was ordered/received.
Instructor’s Resource Guides: There is no 60-day money back guarantee for Resource Guide purchases. You may return resource guides only if they have not been opened. They must be mailed to the Returns Department for refund or exchange. Resource guides may be exchanged if the wrong item was ordered/received.
Bulk Software Orders: Bulk software orders are orders of twenty or more individual Quicken or TurboTax products. There is no 60-day money back guarantee for bulk software purchases.
For direct orders: If the product is purchased directly from Intuit through the Web, mail, or over the phone, you have 60 days from the product’s physical ship date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. Except for certain QuickBooks software listed below, you must return the product and include a copy of the packing slip in order to be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions for QuickBooks Pro, Premier, and Enterprise Solution software:
You are not required to physically return the product to Intuit in order to obtain a refund of your purchase price. However, your license will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use the product. Refunds for products purchased directly from Intuit can be requested via the web. If your product is not eligible for a refund via the web, please call customer service at 1-800-4INTUIT (1-800-446-8848) to request a refund. Please note: You must locate the product license number on the CD sleeve and provide this to the agent upon request.
For retail purchases: If the product was purchased from a retail outlet and the retailer will not accept the product return, you must return the product to Intuit within 60 days from the purchase date to be eligible for a refund under the satisfaction guarantee. Include a copy of the retail purchase receipt in order to be eligible for a refund.
For direct order and retail purchases: Except for certain QuickBooks products listed above, you must return the product to Intuit’s Returns Department postmarked within 60 days of the shipment or retail purchase date in order to eligible for a refund. All physical components of the product must be included with the return. This includes the manual, CD-ROM, disk(s), a copy of the packing slip if the product was ordered directly from Intuit or a copy of the receipt if purchased at retail. Intuit recommends that the return be shipped via a traceable method. If returning the products by U.S. Postal Service, please use either registered mail, certified, or return receipt mail. Intuit is not responsible for lost mail that is not received or products damaged during return shipment. Shipping fees for the initial order and the product return will not be reimbursed.

You have 60 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered Intuit media. You will be required to uninstall and remove the application from your computer. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to the Returns Department.
Refunds for electronically delivered QuickBooks products can be requested via the web. Your license will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use the product.
