Yep, I already did all that. I followed the exact steps you detailed.
Twice, just to make sure it saved. But it is still sending emails to my old email address.

Let's first verify if your email address is already updated in the system. This is to check if the changes you made were saved or not. Let me guide you how:

If you see that the email address is already updated and you still receive communications on the old email, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care team. This way, they can further investigate the root cause of the issue. Refer to these steps to contact them:

Yep. Same issue. The new email address is updated everywhere. The old email address is nonexistent, but that email address is still being sent notifications. Not the new one.

After doing these steps and you still encounter the same issue, you can reach out to our Customer Care Team so that they can get this sorted out immediately. To contact them:
1.Click on this page: QuickBooks Online Support
2. Choose QuickBooks Online, enter your issue/concern in the box provided.
3. Select Continue.
4. Choose a way to connect.
