The good thing with QuickBooks Online (QBO) is when you cancel it, you can still have access to your account one year after the cancelation. Thus, you can archive your W2 forms from the last year (2020) so you'll be able to view and print them. I'd be glad to show you how to achieve this below:
I've also got this article about Archiving Old Forms if it's the tax forms from last year that you're trying to access.
In case you consider resubscribing, here's a complete guide on how Iresubscribe your account in QBO: How to resubscribe or reactivate QuickBooks Online.
If you have other questions in mind, please let me know. I'd be happy to answer them for you. Have a good one.
Hi there, 724jentjer.
Hope you’re doing great. I wanted to see how everything is going about creating W2's you had yesterday. Was it resolved? Do you need any additional help or clarification? If you do, just let me know. I’d be happy to help you at any time.
Looking forward to your reply. Have a pleasant day ahead!
