QuickBooks Online (QBO) depends on the information provided by PayPal. Within this context, you'll have to contact PayPal support to check for any issues on their end.
For now, you can manually enter the missing transactions. Follow the steps below on how to proceed:
- Log into your QBO account.
- Navigate to Transactions, and select Chart of accounts.
- Locate your PayPal account.
- Click View Register.
- Then, click the Add check dropdown menu and add the transactions.
