To continue using your first created account, you'll have to subscribe to it. I'll guide you how.
- Go to the Gear icon.
- Select Account and Setting.
- Choose Billing & Subscription.
- Click Subscribe.
- Enter your payment information.
- Click Subscribe.
Once done, you can now cancel the new account. Here's how:
- Go to the Gear icon, then Account and Settings.
- Select the Billing and subscription tab.
- In the QuickBooks section, select Cancel subscription or Cancel online.
- Choose Continue to cancel, then click the Continue to cancel button.
- Follow the next steps.
- Select Submit and cancel subscription.
- Click Got it.
