Hi there, @janlecraw

Thank yo for reaching to the Community.

To isolate this case let's perform some troubleshooting steps to get this fixed and get you back to working order.

There are times that unexpected behaviors happen in QuickBooks cause of the stored cache and cookies. Let's start by accessing your account in a private window to point out if this is a browser-related issue. This mode doesn't save your browsing history, cookies, and site data.

Here's how:

  • Press Ctrl Shift (Google Chrome).
  • Ctrl Shift (Firefox or Internet Explorer).
  • Control Option (Safari).

Once everything looks good, you'll have to go back to your regular browser and clear the cache to boost the software performance. Clearing it will refresh the system, and you'll be able to work with a clean trash . However, if the issue persists, try using other supported browsers.

Please feel free to let me know. I'm here to guide you back on track. All the best!
