I have multiple companies in quickbooks - How do I pull specific company information (income and balance sheets) instead of all companies into one report

If you have multiple subscriptions, you can't pull all companies into one report, never mind specific ones.

If you are using multiple classes or locations for the companies, in one subscription, then yes you can filter the reports for specific classes or locations

IRS Pub 583, Page 5 - must keep separate books per company

and for sole proprietors
IRS Pub 334, page 40 - "If you have more than one business, you must figure your net profit or loss for each business on a separate Schedule C."
