I have QuickBooks Accounting and there is no option to add a user. I tried to upgrade my subscription but was only allowed to upgrade to Solopenuer?

You can renew your QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT) subscription by contacting our QuickBooks Live Experts team.

 

To reach them, please refer to this article: Renew your subscription or use view-only mode in QuickBooks Desktop. Then, navigate to the Renew your QuickBooks Desktop subscription section for the phone number. They have the tools to securely access your account and assist you with the renewal process.
