Hi,

 

You’ll need to switch from managing your subscription through Apple to directly subscribing via Intuit.

Here’s how you can do it:

 

1. Cancel the Apple Subscription
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your Apple ID at the top, then select Subscriptions
- Find your QuickBooks subscription and cancel it

 

2. Upgrade to Essentials Directly
- Visit the QuickBooks website on your browser
- Navigate to the Plans & Pricing section
- Select the Essentials plan and complete the purchase

 

3. Transfer Your Data
Since you're using the same QuickBooks account, all your existing data will remain intact after upgrading. Double-check your account settings to ensure a smooth transition.

The system lets you change your service level by logging in to a QuickBooks Online-supported browser. If Apple bills your subscription, we'll have to view your subscriptions linked with your Apple ID through the App Store. Let me guide you on how:
