Are you trying to select batch transactions for expenses? If so, being unable to select the option for batch transactions to expenses has been reported as an ongoing issue. Our engineers are now working to get this resolved as soon as possible.
For now, I'd suggest reaching out to our Customer Care Team. They have the tool to pull up your account and add you to the list of the affected users and be able to receive updates about the issue.
However, if you're referring to select batch action for the banking, invoices and other sales transactions, you can try accessing your QuickBooks using a private browser. This is to verify if the issue is browser related.

If it works fine, you can go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. Please follow the outlined steps in this article depending on the browser you're using: How do I clear my browser cache and temporary Internet files?

This still does not work....accept selected under batch actions is greyed out.
I need to get this done for my accountant and I will not spend the time to only accept 5 transactions at a time. This is ridiculous. The only way the accept selected under batch actions in banking is to only select 5 transactions at a time and then (and only then) is the accept selected an option and not greyed out... I need to accept the the transactions in order to get taxes done by my account. Please advise ASAP.

Generally, you should be able to accept the selected transactions in the Banking page by batch. You just need to check and ensure to fill in the necessary information for review before selecting.
If the issue persists, I'd suggest contacting our Online Support to investigate why you keep having this unusual behavior. They have special tools to isolate this further.
