I'm trying to calculate what I have collected form last year's AR. How to get a report showing all current year payments that refer only to invoices from last year?

Hi there, @francisconeto.

You can utilize the Invoices and Received Payments report. However, the Date filter for this report is based on the Payment date. As a workaround, you'll need to export an excel file that shows all the current year payments. Then, customize the excel file to show the last year's invoices only.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. In the Find report by name field, enter 'Invoices and Received Payments.'
  3. In the Report period drop-down button, select This Year.
  4. Select the Export icon. Then select Export to Excel.

The screenshots below show you the third and fourth step.

Once done, you can customize the report using the excel file.
