I'm trying to set up employees with the ability to submit expenses - I've managed to add myself but I'm having trouble adding anyone else.

You can sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account in an incognito or private browser to see if you can add your employees to submit expenses. You can use these shortcut keys to access a private window:

 

  • Safari 11 or newer: +Shift+N
  • Chrome: Ctrl+Shift+N
  • Safari: Command+Shift+N

 

If you can add your employees using the private window, please clear your browser's cache to restore the program to its default settings. However, if you get the same result, let's use other supported web browsers.

I've decided I need to just get on a chat Monday. There's a couple things I'm not picking up on and it just makes sense to do a walkthrough with someone who knows what they're doing (and more importantly, who can tell me what I should be doing).
