I need a person to call me back. My question can not be answered by the community

I'd be glad to show you how to receive a callback. This can be done directly in your QuickBooks Online account.

Here's how:

1. Click the Help button in the top right corner.
2. Select Contact Us.
3. Enter Support in the field and choose Let's talk.
4. From here you can select to receive a callback at a time that's convenient for you.

The following linked article offers even more info about QuickBooks Online Support. Additionally, this link provides a way to reach support outside of the product.

With this info you'll get a call from a Support Team member and get back to work soon. I'm available if you have any other questions - just let me know. 

I have tried this 3 times today and no one has called me back.
