I need all my company history what shoud i do?

A pleasant day to you, @ismat-ishowcasei.

Let's work on acquiring your company's historical data in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

If the account is canceled, you'll have read-only access to your company data history for one year. Check out this article for more info: What happens to my QuickBooks Online data after I cancel?

If not, you can get the company data history by running a report. The title will depend on the kind of data you want to acquire. An example is the Transaction Detail by Account, which shows transactions based on the account they're assigned to.

Moreover, you can customize the Report period to view it based on the year you want. Here's how:

  1. Go to Reports.
  2. In the Search field, type in the report title you wish to view.
  3. Go to Customize and change the Report period to show the past year's data.
  4. Check the options below to select the column you want to see on the report page.
  5. Once done, click Run report.

Feel free to read this article for more info: Run reports in QuickBooks Online.

You can also utilize the Audit log feature to acquire data that are deleted in the system and other transaction histories.

Also, I'll add this article to help you transfer the data to your local drive: Export reports, lists, and other data from QuickBooks Online.

Leave a reply below if you have additional questions about acquiring historical data in QBO. We'll be attentive to that. Take care, and enjoy the rest of the week.
