Before we start, can you share with me more information on what type of transaction you're trying to import? This way, I can provide you the appropriate steps in uploading your CSV files into QuickBooks.
If you're trying to import your bank transactions, then you can follow these steps:
- From the Banking menu and select Banking.
- Click File upload. If you’ve never connected an account, you can select Upload transactions manually.
- Continue by clicking Browse and choose the file you downloaded from your bank.
- Select Open, then click Next.
- From the QuickBooks Account drop-down list, select the bank or credit card account then select Next.
- Choose a Date, date format, Description, and Account. Then, click Next.
- Check the boxes for the transactions you wanted to import and select Next.
- Once done, click Yes and select Let's go! when the Import completed notification appears.
